My name is Cezary Zubik and I've created futureorgdesign.com to help business leaders and organizations implement AI into their DNA. The extent to which AI is affecting operating models and workflows is huge, therefore it comes with a lot of challenges. Understanding how to navigate this situation is hard and very time consuming for most, that's why my goal is to help you adopt AI into your professional career and business operations.
About Me
I've spent most of my professional life learning how companies operate and how each individual parts of an organization affect each other. To me an organization is like a machine with big cogs(Operations, Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, etc.) consisting of smaller cogs(Sales: lead generation, process design, sales methodology, etc.) that all interact with each other constantly. Even a small change to any cog has an effect on others. I've spent years learning and observing how they turn. Then came a big outside force that is affecting all of them at once, in the form of Artificial Intelligence.
Combining the knowledge of business processes and strategies, ability to map and redefine workflows and passion about AI, I started mapping out its impact and shift it's causing in how the machine operates.
15 years spent in enterprise sales allowed me to develop 3 core skills: uncovering problems, mapping out processes and building relevant solutions. Seeing the vast potential of AI and how most companies struggle to build a strategy to implement it, I decided to create a solution that will allow you to grasp AI's full potential and create an environment that enables operational model evolution at scale across your organization.
