What we do with your data.
We collect very little, we keep it briefly, and we never sell it. Here is the detail.
We collect very little, we keep it briefly, and we never sell it. Here is the detail.
What this is. A plain description of what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If you only want the short version: we collect what you give us when you book a conversation or email us, we do not sell it, and we do not track you around the internet.
Cezary Zubik NELWIT, a sole trader registered in the Polish Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG), NIP 5321934803, REGON 520667173, at ul. Żurawia 5, 05-430 Pogorzel, Poland, is the controller of the personal data described here.

When you book a conversation. The booking form on our site is provided by Calendly. Booking gives us your name, email address, company, role, and your answer to the question about where your team is with AI, along with the time you chose.
When you email us. Your email address, your name, and whatever you write.
When you visit the site. Aggregate visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics — pages viewed, referrer, country, browser type. It is cookieless and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. Our host, Cloudflare, also processes technical request data including IP addresses to serve and protect the site.
If you become a client. Information about your company that comes up in the working sessions. The System itself runs inside your own Claude environment — your company's model and data live there, with you, and we do not hold a copy of it.
We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
A small number of service providers, each handling data on our instructions:
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
This website sets no cookies of its own. Our analytics are cookieless by design, and nothing is written to your browser's local storage. We have verified this on the live site.
The one exception is the booking widget on the Start the conversation page. It loads inside a frame served by Calendly, which may set cookies under its own domain, governed by Calendly's privacy notice rather than by us. We do not receive or read those cookies.
Enquiries and bookings that do not become clients: up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. We review this once a year.
Email correspondence: kept while it is relevant to a live or realistic working relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last exchange — unless it belongs to a client record, below.
Client records: for the length of the engagement, and afterwards for as long as Polish accounting and tax law requires — currently five years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax was due.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner. Unless we are required to keep it for tax reasons, we will.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to someone else. You can object to processing we base on legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to cezary@futureorgdesign.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw — or to the authority in the country where you live.
We keep the amount of personal data we hold small on purpose, which is the most effective protection available to a company of our size. Accounts that hold it use multi-factor authentication, and the site is served over HTTPS with HSTS.
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the version date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be told to them directly, not left here to be discovered.
